Why Should I offer webinars? What types of organizations do you work with? Can you help me build an entire online learning program?
Web conferencing or webinars (web seminars) are used to conduct live meetings or presentations via the Internet. Each participant sits at his or her own computer and is connected to the conference and other participants via the internet. This can be either a downloaded application on each of the attendees’ computers or a web-based application where the attendees may use a URL (website address) to enter the conference.
The participants view an on screen presentation while joined to an audio conference. The audio may be presented over a standard telephone line or VoIP (voice over IP - ‘internet based audio’) allowing the audience to listen and potentially participate in the conference. Another option is for attendees to listen over their computer speakers and not participate in the audio. A webinar can be collaborative and include polling, and question & answer sessions to allow full participation between the audience and the presenter.

Some of our customers require more of our services and some require very little. We do not provide a ‘one size fits all’ offering, but work with you to determine exactly what you need from us. Our customers appreciate this approach because they only pay us for what they need help with!
I don’t have any experience with webinars, can you help me?
Yes! We’ve helped clients who have never attended a webinar become experienced webinar presenters. We are very patient and provide presenter coaching services to make sure you are very comfortable before you give your presentation!
What if I only need a little bit of help?
We have a wide range of services designed to provide you exactly how much help you need, regardless of how little or how much help you require. We have some customers who have used us for a single webinar and then realize they don’t need our help anymore (this is a great compliment it means we’ve done our job!). Others choose to use us ongoing basis to reduce the workload for their staff or so they just don’t have to worry about it!
Why Should I offer webinars?
Webinars provide the best of both e-learning and classroom education by allowing for the benefits of e-learning (no travel, decreased delivery costs, etc) and the benefits of being taught by a live person! Webinars are the most effective method of distance learning and can be adapted for nearly any training or educational purpose. As the course is delivered by a live instructor, participants have the ability to interact with the instructor and other students via voice, chat or Q&A, creating a more fulfilling online learning experience. Having this live interaction with an instructor fosters increased participant attentiveness and knowledge retention.
